Stopping smoking is not easy but it can be done (though it is easier not to start in the first place!) Each cigarette you smoke is estimated to shorten your life by 11 minutes.

Electronic cigarettes can help you stop smoking; they are less harmful than tobacco but still contain flavourings which irritate your lungs. Their long term effects are unknown.
